Sunday the water in the house was barely luke warm. Yesterday it got almost boiling hot in the kitchen and good enough in the shower. Today, Luke warm again. In Nov of 08 we had a house fire that was started by the hot water heater so it was completely replaced and unused until Feb of 09 when we were able to move back home. It was worked fine until now. Any ideas?
