I attended a vocational post secondary school for courses to advance my work related skills. I spent $600 in 2009. However I got only receipts for my payments and no 1098 T. I graduated with my certificate. How do I take the education credit without the 1098 T?

You need Form 1098-T. Ask the school to issue you the form.
