Hi, Iam very motivated to start my own clenaing services company but I don't know how to get the contracts. I need at least 2 part time contracts in order to quit my job. Do I need insurance also? And you really should have health insurance and disability insurance, what happens if you break a leg and can't work?

You could come up with flyers, do internet advertising and as many do, go door to door to possible clients and see them and try to sell them on your service
