What is needed to get a ITIN number for a child? [Archive]

I have a niece who is now in mexico, but I need a ITIN number for her to do my taxes I need to know what to bring with me besides the w-7(sp) form?

Read instructions to Form W-7 (sp). You need notorized copies of passport or/and other documents.
