View Full Version : Left-over Dumpling guts... What do I make with it?

I made Jiaozi (Chinese dumplings) yesterday with friends, but have WAAAY too much of the guts left over! What do I do with the rest?

Basically, the "guts" are:

Ground beef
Scallions
Shredded Chinese cabbage
Diced mushrooms

I have NO idea, but really don't want to waste the wonderfully seasoned meat!

Throw it into a crust! You can make small little pies or a big one depending on what you have.
I'm thinking you can just got get pre-made crusts and make little stuffed things the size of a golf ball? Or bigger.
Or use won tons.:D I hate wasting food:)
