I am 22yrs old, At the time of marriage I was 59kg and after a year I gained 65 and when the time of delivery I was gained 101kg and now I am 85kgs and now I want to reduce my weight. My baby were twins I am giving breastfeeding also now they were 11 months old. At the same time my thighs , back and breast has put a lot of weight and I want to reduce the body weight and also to reduce my thighs , back and breast. Kindly give me an idea and what type of exercise and options to reduce my weight?
