I'm not familiar with that model, but I can say that if your car is equipped with an Mass Air Flow meter (MAF), it will likely be installed between the air filter and the throttle body. There will be an electrical connector with several wires.

Yes here we all refer to it as anair flow sensor but I think it a MAF which has a connector with four wire now the car consumes like 4 litres per km so I really need help or an optional MAF

The air flow meter measures the mass air flow rate of intake air. A heated wire is subjected to the air flow, corresponding to the amount of heat dissipated by the wire, an electrical signal is sent to the Engine Control Unit (ECU). The higher the temperature of the wire, the higher the resistance is. The more air that the wire is subjected to, the lower the resistance (temperature). I cannot find the actual specs for your motor.

You can often inspect the two wires and literally see the contamination on the heated wire, and with a spray cleaner made specifically for the purpose, clean most of the contamination from the sensor.
Usually, there is a reason to suspect the MAF. Besides your stated fuel economy, what other symptoms are you getting?
