My age is 27.marriage since 2 years.earlier using ocps.from 6 months I have left them.
Since I have left them ,use to get fungal infection like vaginitis,cervixitis.last month I have taken xbiotics course.metronidazole 400mg t.d.sx5 days.af-150mg 6tab for 2 weeks.doxyx10days b.d.
So tel what to do to prevent the infection?I'm taking 6-8 glasses of water daily.
Any diet 2 plan 2 follow?
Tel whether to do exercise?I'm doing aerobics until dec.nw doing power yoga from 10 days.
