Hi. I am clueless where to start. I like her and I am not too sure but I think she likes me because she commented about my eyes saying that they where a nice shade of blue. I have never asked a girl out. When is a good time and how and where should I do it? Do I do it in private online, or in public? In front of friends or no?

Hi, billyboy1995!
If it were me, I'd prefer to do it in person, when there aren't a lot of other people around. I also would not recommend doing it online in any way.
Are you both in the same grade?
Thanks!

I can remember being younger and being really nervous about asking a girl out. You do get much better at it with practice.
Have you already done anything with her as part of a group, or maybe with just the two of you?

Are you still here, billyboy1995? I "uncloaked" so that you know that I'm still online.
Thanks!

But you can always give it a try! If you never ask, you will never know. Come one, you need to start dating at some point anyway. Ask her out, when you are alone, and find out if she would like to hang out with you somehere (have an idea before hand- For example, tell her that there is a great movie/game/event going on and you are wondering if she would like to join you). Then see how things go! Go for it! If she doesn't, fair enough, you gave her a chance. Don't chase her afterwards, let her approach you. But anyway, fingers crossed!

Hi sorry I had to go. No I have not really done anything with her yet other than sitting next to her in class. I will look and see if there is anything we could do. Any suggestions?

In person, while alone, and just ask.
Ok, though life, I found it is often not always going to happen, it is hard to be rejected, but it will sometimes happen. So you have to just go for it, and it does not have to be someone that has feelings for you at this time, since that is what dating does, it lets you spend time together to find out.
So you just go for it

I am a girl, and have never been asked out. I am also 14 so many would say who cares to my opinion.
But if I were to be asked out, I'd want it to be to my face, not online, through text, notes, call, etc. It shows more respect to our faces.
And movies, just hanging out, walk to a nearby park, these are all things I [and most others] like to do. Girls tend to be talkers, so somewhere where you two can talk in mostly private. ;)
