I am extremely moody. When I am angry I want to hurt someone and when I am happy I bounce off the walls. I often think of suicide and death, but would never do such a thing. I just think of scenarios in my head. I don't know what to do. No one seems to understand what I am going through. I have anxiety problems where I can't stop shaking and sweating. I have family problems too. My friends joke around and call me crazy because of my changing personality. Am I depressed, bipolar, suicidal, or just insane? Please someone help me.

Hi, Just33!

When is the last time that you had a visit to your doctor, please?

Thanks!

Never. I talked to my counselor once but nothing really happened after that.

Counselor,not a therapist or psychiatrist/psychologist?

You have described symptoms I am familiar with, but to tell you that you are this or that just isn't responsible of me,or anyone else(unless they are a professional trained to diagnose your problem)

Bipolar Disorder Symptoms - Signs Symptoms And Diagnosis Of Bipolar Disorder (http://www.manic-depression.net/symptoms/)

Symptoms of Bipolar Disorder (Manic Depression) | Psych Central (http://psychcentral.com/lib/2007/symptoms-of-bipolar-disorder-manic-depression/)

Here are a few sites for you to look into and decide if you should seek professional help, I am only focusing on bipolar disorder as that is where my knowledge is based.

Hope to hear back from you and discuss what you are planning to do.

Ken

You need to be diagnosed by a doctor, then you can get the proper treatment and begin to recover and have better control of your life. Good luck
