:-/First of all, you will have to excuse my user name. My little niece made it up for me ;DAnyway, the last question I asked was concerning if I could be pregnant only 5 days after my period because I seemed to be having symptoms. I guess I should have told you my symptoms. About 3 days after we had sex I started spotting. It was brown and pink and sometimes a little bit of red. This lasted for around 3-4 days off and on. I have also been having unusual cramping. I only have a week or so left before I can test, but the suspense is driving me crazy! I was also confused because doesn't implantation bleeding start after at least a week? :-/Hurry, someone respond before I make myself crazy! :-/

I'm also wondering if I am having implantation bleeding. How long does it usually last and how long after sex does it start?

Any feedback would be grateful.

Some people sam inplantation bleeding starts 6-12 days some say 3-4day after the egg has implanted itself to the walls of the uterus.I am going with 3-4 day, w? Because it takes 3day for the implantation of the egg, the egg is trying to attach itself so it scrapes the walls of the uterus to implant so u will have a little bleeding. That's my theory.

Although I posted these sites several times, here is another one explaining the issue. Ladies, please don't stress yourselves out and get a little educated. Women have had children for hundreds of years, without even knowing what implantation bleeding or home pregnancy tests, or even an ovulation calendar were, and they did just fine. So stop pushing that darned panic button. When in doubt, go to your doctor, or check out the many issues in the online Mayo Clinic, or ask the online doctor, Dr. Amy, which I also posted. This again, is nothing new, it's just more openly available, discussed and explained, and should not freak you out. What you young single ladies who are just discovering their sexuallity should be more worried about is the diseases and consequences of unprotected intercourse. Even if you are with a partner for several years, he could have contracted herpes before meeting you, and that can even harm your baby when it flares, did you know that? So lets get our feet back on the ground and be realistic and not panic, please.

Remember we are always here to help, so calm down and listen to your body's signals and learn from them.

Wishing you all the best!

I am also trying to figure out the same thing. 2 days ago I started having very light brown spotting it lasted for maybe a half day and was only there when I wipe. 2 weeks prior to this my bofriend had sex unprotected. My last cycle was the 22 of aug, we had sex on the 1st of sept. Now today its more like pink with brown bleeding but I have no cramps and its light which is unusual for me if this is a period. I'm kind of confused cause I'm not due for my period until the 22nd of sept. Maybe we'll get some answers... someone please help.
