I ran out of oil a couple of days ago and today I went to turn on my shower and no water comes out. Also my toilet has no water running into it either and lastly only one of my sink handles turns runnign water on but not the other one!

Coutney, what is the temp outside and inside you place. Ran out oil oil, so you mean you have no heat, right?

The temp outside is below freezing, the inside temp is normal 65-75, but I have the kind of heat that comes up throughout vents in the floor throughout my trailer. That's the odd thing I have no hot water but have heat coming up through the vents?

Please clarify. You ran out of oil. How long was the heat off? The heat coming out the vents is separate from the water heater. Trailer houses have insolated bellies, the duckwork of the furnace keeps the belly warm enough to keep water pipes from freezing. If the heat was off for a long period in sub freezing temps, you have some frozen pipes. Also, even if the heat was not off for long, gaps or unisulated areas of the trailer skirting can result in frozen water pipes if temps get low and the wind is blowing just right. Hate to say it, but once it warms up, you will most likely be looking at broken water pipes, as when the pipes freeze, they can expand and burst. Better get a plumber in there as quick as possible to check for pipe damage. Good luck and please let us know how things work out.
