It is about a prince and princess (I think) who grow up together or played together when they were kids. The prince and his fat sidekick used to tease the princess as they got older and possibly wouldn't let her into their treehouse? They pretended to hate each other until they see each other again for the first time when they are grown up.

A competition for all the possible suitors follows to see who will marry the princess. This includes a bow and arrow contest and there is one scene where the prince is practicing and shoots an apple on top of his sidekicks head. There is also a competition with teams and they have to shoot each other with paint and they are wearing goose or duck masks or something?

I think it came out like the same time as The Swan Princess and is kind of similar to that movie.
