Please provide me with a list of questions to ask for a interrogatories in aid of execution in state of Maryland.

This is a very comprehensive set of interrogatories - it's from Florida but would easily translate to another State. http://www.miamidade.gov/csd/library/collecting_judgement_09.pdf

You basically ask questions that reveal assets which can be used to pay a debt in your particular State. For example, if wages cannot be garnished, then you cannot ask direct questions in that area.

1st- Always ask the court for an order requiring the debtor to pay in Fed/State income tax returns to satisfy the debt. 2nd- Request an order that requires the debtor to provide copies of all tax return filings by May 1st so you can verify refund balances. Then pursue all checking/savings account balances, non-exempt assets- cars, personal property, non-primary real estate and even the cash they have on their person.

If they fail to show up for the hearing, always file for a contempt motion & bench warrant.
