Hi,
I own a flat in Pinetown and have a tenant who has 3 children living with her. Some of the other owners say they are having problems with my tenant - i.e. they say she has assaulted them and they have tried to lay charges against her but she has already laid false assault charges against them. My tenant denies their claims. Due to personal complications, I am not willing to just evict my tenant but the other owners say that they have consulted with property laywers who say that they can legally force me to evict my tenant. Is this true?
