I replaced my ecu on my 2000 integra and not it won't start? I tried unplugging the negative battery for 10 min and removed the hazard fuse. Anything suggestions?

Try replacing the Ignition Control Module (ICM) and coil, if the CEL goes on and off normally when the ignition switch is turned to ON (Position II):

If the problem persists, replace the distributor housing (Honda only) and install your new ICM and coil.
