The foreskin at the tip of my penis is red and very sensitive. I am uncircumsized and if you peel back the foreskin part of the head of my penis is also red and sensitive. Well, smegma isn't such a bad thing, it keeps the uncircumcised penis lubricated, but in your case it sounds like you picked up a little bit of bad fungus along the way. Yeast infections in men are rare, but can happen too. I would suggest a trip to the doctor to see just what it is. There are over the counter meds that can help you, but we are not allowed to recommend, for multiple reasons.
