My left ovary swells sometimes no pain but why what is it?

I don't understand the title of your question - ?

How do you know your left ovary is swolen? Has a Doctor diagnosed this condition? I thought ovarian cancer is often found late because of the difficulty involved in assessing the condition of the ovaries.

I have servere cramps and I get the chills I hate this they are so bad that I can't stand it how can I make them go away

It sounds like you need to go to the dr and find out WHY its happening to you. Then you can figure out the best treatment.

OK what do you think it could be from I'm 30 years old and it happened after my 3 child and after I had my tubes tied and I go trhough everything 4 times a day

I'm not a dr, I have no idea what could cause it. Someone else on here might be able to give you some ideas as to why its happening. But no one on here can diagnose you, not even those with medical backgrounds.
