I have a 1992 Honda Civic and when I try to start the car I get nothing. I get all the dummy lights but no starter; no starter click I mean nothing. I get 13.2 volts at the battery.

. Test all under hood and under dash fuses with a test light or multimeter:

. Remove and fully charge the battery. Most auto parts stores will test and charge batteries for free.

. Check the ignition switch for wear, pitting, or melting.
