 Im totally new at this so here goes my story:
My boyfriend is currently being held at County Jail for a drug charge, he most likely will be let out on parole because he has already served enough time and then some so they can't send him to state and they don't want to submit him into a program (again) that didn't work in the first place. So I guess my question is what restrictions do you have when you are on parole? Can you travel out of state or even the county? And can you appeal it after you are let out and clear your record? I tried searching this online and have had no luck finding the answer. So if someone can direct me to a website or even answer my questions themselves would be a huge help!

Thanks again.

Ok, first you don't appeal parole, you would appeal your conviction, but odds are if he has severd a lot of time, it may be well past any time limit to appeal.

And everyone's parole will be different, it is all up to what level and what restrictions the judge puts on him

But normally no they can't leave the state without permission of the parole officer.

You can get pass through your parole officer to go out of state the pass states the day you leave and the day you come back but it also depends on what level parolee you are.all a person on parole has to do is be good and do what the parole officer ask of them for 13 months and they can discharge off parole.
