I'm in ninth grade, and this is my first dressy dance. My first and only other dance I've had was for homecoming, but it was just casual, with jeans, etc. I'm pale, with brown eyes and blonde hair. Help me out please:)

I agree, a pale pink would probably complement your pale skin, id stear clear from dark colours such as black and white will probably make you look even more pale. Just go out and try EVERYTHING!! See what looks best on you and even take a friend that you can trust to give their honest opinion. Good Luck!

You need a little bit of color, but not too much. Jewel tones are hot right now, what about something with one of those colors? Pale pink with garnet touches. Light blue with sapphire accents. Certain shades of emerald would work on you, I bet. A totally light color dress seems too springtime to me? Hard to say without holding up an actual dress to you, I think. But what would I know... some days I can barely get my head out of the kleenex box LOL. Be sure to do one thing though -- it's a must! And that is... have fun!

I would go with light pinks, reds, or browns. :)
