Since it doesn't matter if you are referring to the 'pull-out' method of birth control or the actual fluids, YES, you can still get pregnant. Not all of the sperm comes out with the discharge and even pre-ejaculate can contain viable sperm.
PLEASE use proper birth control.

How old are you?
I'm going by your writing skills and I'm guessing that you're very young, way too young to be having sex!
Sex = babies, even with every form of birth control known to man, you can still get pregnant, or an STD.
Is it worth the 5 seconds of pleasure?

I simply misspelled some words and I choose not to use proper grammar or spell out every word, so excuse me for sounding young but I'm not young.
And as for the question I meant If the comes back out is the a chance you can still get pregnant? But as I can see sex is sex without a condom it highers the chance of getting pregnant (especially when you don't use the pull-out method) or an STD.
So thanks everyone who didn't have an smartass comment and to those who did thank you anyway and don't assume you know something because as you can see you don't.

Why do you choose to make it harder for people to understand your question?
Choosing not to use proper grammar or spelling is almost as smart as unprotected sex.
Please get sterilized now.

If the comes back out
It still doesn't make sense. Do you mean "if the semen comes back out"?
As for the pull out method, there's a name that we call people who use it as birth control, it's mom and dad.
When you signed on to this site you agreed to the rules, as such you agreed to use the best English and grammar that you're capable of. This site is universal, many of the people that come here do not speak English well enough to try to decode what you're saying just because you're too lazy to write properly.
Also, you asked a very grown up question and we have a strict policy not to give sex advice to anyone under 18. Because of your chat speak and poor grammar we assumed that you were under age.
If you don't want to follow the rules, don't use the site, it's that simple.
As for your "smarta$$ comment" we all volunteer here, so good luck getting any more answers with that attitude.

I choose not to use proper grammer or spell out every word,
You can choose not to use proper grammar or spelling on your text messages, but not here. Members who wish to remain members use proper grammar and spelling, it's called respect.
Now, in answer to your question. Once the penis enters the vagina there is a chance of pregnancy.

ohsohappy agrees: The whole point of grammar isn't to restrict us, it's to enable us to communicate so that everyone can understand. If she doens't want people to understand then she shouldn't be asking.
I spelled doesn't wrong. Typing error. Now that's going to bug me because I can't go back and fix it.

Simple sex education equation: Penis + vagina < or = babies.
