My husband and I are separating. He want's to "just walk away" I on the other had gave everything I had up to move in with him. I worked full time, had a car and an apartment. He wanted to "marry me and take care of me". He bought a house (is going to be repossessed), we got married and now, 4 years into he has changed his mind. That's great! He drives tractor-trailer, is only home 2 days and will just stay in the truck until he finds something.
My question is... Where does that leave me? I do work 3 days a week but not enough to support my daughter and her child. How do I go about getting started? He wants to just walk away and I don't think is fair? That leaves me homeless? I plan on looking for another job, but I just know he's going to leave me with it all to do. I want to be prepared.
Thank you

File for a legal separation or divorce at your county courthouse. They will schedule a hearing and assumably, order your husband to start paying child support and possibly maintenance.

Can your daughter step up and help? A court is going to take some time to intervene.

I'm a little confused after reading your other posts. Back in September, you were posting about your husband possibly losing the house but that you were going to stay and try to work on your marriage:
https://www.askmehelpdesk.com/family-law/breaking-away-395971.html
Then Sunday, you asked about alimony in Pennsylvania:

Now today, you're saying he wants to leave again. Personally, I think some, if not all, of your threads need to be combined. You've gotten very good answers already and it's all for the same scenario.

OP was married 4 years to current husband.
If OP's daughter has a daughter of her own, I really doubt the husband has anything to do with it.
