I ve taken other tests like early result the cvs brand got 2 lines one very very faint so I am so confused I haven't gotten my period in three weeks and I am regular. I got a pregnancy test with my first pregnancy where the second line was very faint. I was told that 2 lines is a positive no matter how faint the line is. It might just be very early in the pregnancy...

False negatives are much more common than false positives. You may have to retest again in another week. Be sure to use first morning urine when you test.
