It is likely just some cramps. People get them from time to time. Could you become pregnant? Only if you are ovulating which may or may not be happening. Have you spoken to your doctor about having had only two periods so far? Maybe you are going to have another period start soon.
IF you were to become pregnant, you wouldn't feel anything quite that early.

I would give it an extra week to see if it shows up late. No period, then try a test. Period could just be off; certainly, since you have been having sex, pregnancy would be a possibility.

Hi Andrea1121... have you tested negative on a pregnancy test or is there no possible way for you to be pregnant? The reason I ask is that, for some women, a positive doesn't always show on a pregnancy test for several weeks.

The lack of a period may be due to changes in hormones, may just be a one off and you will skip a month. Perhaps your cycle is off and your period will show late. See what happens when you would expect your period for April. If it doesn't show, see your doctor so that they can look into a possible cause.

It is possible you have a change in hormones going on that is causing irregular bleeding. If you think pregnancy may be a possibility, try a pregnancy test. It's a possibility, that you could in fact be pregnant, sometimes it depends on your hcg levels, and it could be too early to tell, give it about 2 more weeks and try taking another home pregnancy test.

Yes, antibiotics often cancel out the contraceptives - which means, they do not "work." Yes, you very well could be pregnant.

After you finish the antibiotics you have to wait AT LEAST one cycle before the birth control pills (which you would keep taking) are effective.

It could be a problem with the cyst, it could be implantation bleeding, it could be just about anything.

And, yest, antibiotics may very well have "cancelled out" birth control pills (if that is your question).

I would guess that you are trying to get pregnant, not using birth control, so this could be good news for you.
