I was fired after 6 months with no reason. I had filed a Sexual Harassment complaint against the clinic manager and the response was that they felt no sexual harassment had happened. After that complaint I was was still being harassed in other ways and called HR to set up a meeting to discuss this. After voicing my complaint and having the complaint in writing to give them they fired me and stated it was just not a good fit. Is there any help out there for cases like this?

Not unless you have some sort of written contract for your employment. Unfortunately they could fire you for wearing a green dress or any or no reason. Being there for 6 months was probably over your probationary period but that would not matter.

If you live in a work at will state in the US, they don't need to give you a reason for termination.

Unless you can prove that they were fired because of the filing.
