I hear a sound (like an echo) in my right ear continuously and also I feel dizzy because of this. It disappears sometime and them comes back. Does anybody have similar problem? Any advice is highly appreciated.

It sounds a bit like virtigo, this will affect your balance and can sometimes make you feel sick.

There are various other things it could be i.e... wax in the ears etc...

Go and see your GP where he can have a look in the ear and diagnose you correctly.
