Do you mean 501c(3) organizations? 403(b) has to do with deferred salary savings plans for non-profits.

You want to look at the Form 990 that the charity submits to the IRS. You can get it from GuideStar nonprofit reports and Forms 990 for donors, grantmakers and businesses (http://www.guidestar.com/) but you have to register with the site first (it's free). Compensation for all directors, officers, trustees, and key employees is listed in Section 7 of Form 990.
