I am trying to find out if my husband is looking at some jail time for his charges First off is history looks like this from 2007 two domestics,1 count of poss.of cannaibas less then 20 grams,then in 2008 he got 1st offense dui,then 2009 ticket for reckless driving,now just in a one week span he got another poss.of cannaibas less then 20 grams ticket for running a stop sign and an open container ticket he bonded out then two days later after that he got another poss of cannibas less then 20 grams and a felony charge of tampering with or fabricate physical evidence and a ticket from driving on the wrong side of the road

It depends on the State but I would guess, yes, he's facing jail time.

I don't know how he escaped jail time so far.
