Hi, cannot print HTML emails -- OK to print from Word.

Have tried "Regsvr32.exe %Windir%\System32\Ole32.dll" and although it worked yestyerday emails failed to print again today and so I that did that fix again today and still not working.

Have reinstalled Expolorer -- seems to reinstall OK but still I cannot print my emails

Running XP Pro SP2 and Outlook 2003

Are there any messages when trying to print?

Try this also

MS Outlook > Tools > Options > Preferences > Email Options > Clear check in Read All Standard Mail in Plain Text > OK.
> Mail Format > Check Use MS Office Word 2003 to Read Rich Text Email Messages > OK.
