Well a guy is racing at the beginning of the movie... Then he gets into an accident causing the one kid in the other car to be put in a wheel chair for the rest of his life. Then he ends up in jail and ends up racing again and ends up working at the hospital where that kid in the wheel chair goes. And falls in love with that kids sister
