Bank of America filed a judgement against me for $29k, can they collect from any county in California? Or just in the county where the lien is filed? I have no real property in the county the judgement was filed. I do have real property in Texas & Oregon are these properties in jeopardy?

Yes. As long as the asset is yours doesn't matter where its located if they want to go after it.

Can a judgement in California collect from your social security payments? And as long is there is no judgement filed against me in another state, I put those assets in an enity?

It depends on the reason for the debt. But in most cases Social security is exempt from attachment.

As to putting those other assets into an "entity", that would be considered fraud.
