Wow, a little bossy aren't you? We volunteer our time here. Most members are sleeping right now. We don't get paid to sit behind a bank of computers and answer questions.

Now, your weight and height are genetic. You can try exercising to gain muscle. But, since you are already grown, there is little you can do abuot your height aside from buying lift shoes.

There is nothing you can do to increase your height.

The only thing I can suggest is shoes with lifts in them.

You need to accept who you are and not judge yourself so unfairly.

Would you judge someone else by something so petty?

You are who you are on the inside ,project that and when you walk in a room people see your goodness and that is ten feet tall! For real!

At your age the chances of growing in height are minuscule.

Best thing to do is wear shoes with a bit of 'lift', wear clothes that make you look long and slim and walk as if you're tall - good posture, shoulders held back. Always exercise and keep fit - make sure you're slim and muscled not scawny.

There is no magic wand or potion that will give you instant inches in height. You've just got to do as much as you can with what God gave you!

Height is inherited, so there is really nothing you can do about it. Don't get discouraged though, there are tons of highly successful men out there that are short! Height isn't really the true measure of a man!

The only limit on how high you can soar is the one you set on yourself.
Why do you believe you height has deprived you of opportunity?
What opportunities are you referring to?
