What is my certificate worth?

Probably no more than its face value. If it's in exceptionally good condition then possibly a couple dollars more.

PRIEST AND ANDERSON_What are the VALUES ON IT.? #2- It will depend on the condition and grade of the note' You need to go to the following site and look at what the requirements are for each
The book values on it right now under the conditions and grade showing,In the book::#3-VAULES ARE :: VF-20 - $10.00 ::UNC-63-
is $25.00 :: NOW IF IT was{ a STAR NOTE}- VFG-20-$50.00 :: IN -
UNC-63-$175.00; THE VF-20 -Means =VERY FINE grade 20;; THE
UNC-63 Means UNCIRCULATED-GRADE 63;; How the { STAR NOTE system came about..
