I have a old weathertron thermastat and have just got a new honeywell rth230b my problen is the old one has about 7 wires and the new only allows five spots can someone help me

Did the rth230b not come with instruction sheet, tell us the post on old tstat ,and color of wire attached,, also what post are on new tstat,we can`t see it from here
