I have a modular home(not a trailer) that was built in 1999. Upstairs we have two original bedrooms a bathroom and a media room that overlooked our foyer. As our family grew we put up a wall to enclose the room and make a third bedroom for the kids. Bedroom #2 and the media room are ganged together on one 15amp circuit breaker. Now with the space heaters, tvs and other electronics our kids have we keep blowing the circuit breaker. My question is: Can I put in another 15amp circuit breaker and run 30amp service to the rooms to accommodate the extra demand? Also will I have to change all the outles and plugs. Thanks for your help.

First off it is the space heater that are the problem, not the electronics.
I am not sure what you mean by "put in another 15amp circuit breaker and run 30amp service to the rooms". Adding another circuit does not mean you add up the breakers. You CANNOT replace the breaker with a larger one. The wiring on the circuit is sized to the circuit breaker and vice versa.
What you can do is add new wiring and receptacles to handle any extra load. That, or ditch the nasty space heaters.
Anyway, WHY do you need space heaters in such a new home??

When my wife (who I was not with at the time) had the house built her husband at the time had substandard windows put in which need to be replaced. Plus as in most 2 story home the upstairs always seems colder in the winter and hotter in the summer. :(
