I have a two-story home, downstairs every faucet works fine, but upstairs is a different story, I have hot and cold water on both sinks but on the bathtubs there's only cold water (only one handle to control hot and cold water) and when I turn the handle to get hot water the flow is close to none. Any suggestions?
