I was sentenced a couple years ago on a case there were statements made by people arrested with me against me that were false I already had all the info but lost it and I need a copy

The clerk of the court in which your case was filed should have a copy. You should be able to get a copy from the clerk for a small "copy" fee.

Your attorney may also have retained a copy. He/she should be able to provide you with it as well.

You can go down to the courthouse and look through your file yourself. If you want copies of any particular page you pay a nominal copying charge (sometimes 25 cents a page) and the Clerk will copy it for you. Not a good idea to do by mail as you may just stumble onto something you want and the clerk didn't copy it for you plus the clerk wants the money up front in order to copy for you and not knowing how many pages you need you probably won't send in enough money to cover copying pages and postage. This is free to you and everyone else who walks into the Courthouse.

Also, being several years ago your attorney may have put your file in storage and will charge you for digging this file out.
