Can you identify this sci-fi movie? I recently saw the last 15 minutes of it at 4:45AM. It was an older movie, Im pretty sure black and white. There was the creator/scientist. There was an alien who was white and had a big head, and there was a girl who was in love with the man before he became the alien.
The alien was once a man. The man kept evolving in a short amount of time and kept looking more and more like an alien.
The alien had mind-reading powers and also had powers to kill with his mind.
The scientist's house keeper discovered the alien and was going to tell the people in town but before she could the alien killed her. There was a funeral of the woman and there was a lady there who remembered the house keeper saying that something strange was going on in the scientist's lab, so she leaves the funeral to report it.
The alien was thinking about killing all of man kind but then he evolved even further and sees the future and how empty and sad it would be without man kind, so he decides against it.
The movie ended with a girl placing the alien into an evolution or time machine and changing the alien back to a man which I found to be the man she loved. The movie ends with the man in her arms and it looks like he died and she says it looks like he's happy.
This will probably take a while to get answered so I'll keep searching online for it.
