I don't know about the Forex thing. But, I do know that you could set up a website to sell things. You might purchase products from a wholesaler and then market them on a website.

You could also use any of the dozens of free sites on which to advertise in order to market items.

Here's another example: Some people purchase things on the free advertising sites, that are being sold for a really low price, and then turn around and market them for higher prices.

One such site that works really well for that is craigslist.org
