My seven yr old mini daschund is in apparent discomfort in his left front leg. He is crying softly when lying down and doesn't want to walk on it. It just started yesterday but much worse today. It is breaking my heart, what do I do?

You make an appointment with the vet. That's really all you can do.

At 7 years old it could be arthritis setting in.
A vet will be able to give you the answers and the medication to make him feel better.
