I'm a retired auto claims adjuster. Get car lic# & name of driver of moving car. Get ahold of his ins. co. If no ins. co. make him pay or sue. If you go through your own ins. Co, you will pay a collision deductable, as any time at least one car is in motion, it is a "collision" claim (in this case). If damage is miner or he won't pay, bit the bullet & pay the damage yourself. If damage is exccesive, go through your co. pay the deductable, then later, watch the ins. co. raise your rates.
