Hello I believe I am trouble by being nice to someone for 3 years. I was taking care of a elder person which included shopping, doctors, dinners etc. he let me take care of his finances including giving me 3 credits cards for when I needed something. He was aware of what I was doing. After I left he is now saying he didn't know. The total is about 15 grand over the 3 year span again he knew and 95% of it was for him but I don't have any receipts anymore. What will happen and what can I be charged with? I am in school and have several kids to take care of. I never dealt with anything like this before.

Hello j:

If you're not guilty, you need to hire a lawyer. DON'T speak to the cops - AT ALL!!

Even if you are guilty you need to hire an attorney, and don't listen to the cops, and don't talk to them at all without an attorney.

They can and do LIE, to get you to confess to stuff
