My boyfriend only has 5mos left of supervised probation and his probation officer said he has proof he left town for 3days without telling his PO. His sons mother sent the PO pics of him in a bar also. She told the PO he left the state and sent him the itinerary, she paid for the trip. She is upset since he is with me now. She also told the PO about his new charge he got in 08 in another county and never told the PO about. He is originally on probation for domestic violence and drug charge, selling marijuana ( not supposed to be in a bar/drinking). Do you think he will get jail time or just more probation? Is it a possibility he can still get off probation in the 5 months? He has been on probation almost 4 years. Is that enough to revoke hime?

Is that enough to revoke hime?Hello k:

It IS enough, but it's not serious stuff. I doubt they do much to him. A good indication is that when the PO told him they were going to violate him, they didn't arrest him right then and there.
