I am 18 and a college freshman, and the freshman 15 turned into the freshman 30 for me. I went from 130 pounds to 160 in about five months, and it's really giving me self-esteem issues and I hate looking in the mirror.
My (incredibly skinny, which makes me feel even worse) boyfriend and I are going on a cruise in May (or early June), and I'd really like to have a bikini body by then.
I've already taken a few steps ahead- as of last week, I've stopped eating sugary foods and drinking sodas, and I do my best to exercise for about 2-3 hours spread out over a week (but I'm kicking it up to an hour or so a day, now that my school's gym is back on normal hours).
My problem is, I eat a LOT. No matter how much protein I consume or water I drink, I am almost ALWAYS hungry. I need to curb this!
I would love love LOVE to lose about 30 pounds- more would be AMAZING. What can I do?
