OK for over a month now I have had light spotting and my stomach has been hurting almost too much to even get out of bed. I have been getting headaches and the stomach pain comes and goes. I am tired ALL the time, no matter how much I sleep. I am sore all over the place, and I will be so hungry, but when I go to eat I only pick at my food and end up throwing most of it away. Can you help me?

If you fell that sick, so sick that you can't get out of bed and you ache all over, and it has been going for a month, then get yourself to a doctor and get diagnosed. We can't help you.

Because there are too many things that can cause the symptoms you are having, I wouldn't even begin to guess what is wrong.

You need to see a doctor as soon as you can. By now the original cause may not even be the problem, but the effects from it have caused new ones like dehydration and starvation.
