My daughter-in-law's divorce attorney has dropped her after a status request was made to the judge regarding her (lack of) child support payments. Yesterday after checking to see if a date had been set for the status hearing, (there wasn't), what was listed was "DOR memo". What's that?

Are taxes involved? In my area that's Director of Revenue.

That could be what it is - if they are possibly looking to garnish her wages or attach what she owes to her 2009 refund.

In this hase DOR probably means "Due upon Receipt" referring to her lack of paying support

I'm not sure how you checked and what you mean by "what was listed ". Did you ask the clerk of court (or a deputy clerk)? Did this person tell you something like "There is a DOR memo in the file."?
I would go into the clerk's office and ask to see the file.
