OK so I'm on a diet, I don't know what to eay for the past 3 days I've been eating like special k apples carrote and chicken... thats been pretty much it and I feel like I'm starving myself because when I'm eating it its in really small sizes.. like I will have a whole apple. . 1 cup of special k cereal... and like half of a chicken breast.. if that... but I'm eating like every 3 hours but it feels like I'm not eating anything.. idk what else I can eat and how to do it.. I don't want to eat something if I don't know if its healthy or it will make me gain weight, and how much of it I can eat... any Recipes for anything I can eat... breakfast lunch dinner.. would be really helpful thanks to all that answer

Go buy the "eat this not that " book are go right to the point. About 10 dollars

Hi, demonbrat711!

When I went from alomost 250 pounds down to my high school weight of 183 pounds, I did it by not buying or eating anythings that contained more than 4 grams of fat per serving. It took me a year-and-a-half to do it, but, I did it! Avoiding any kind of sweets was also something that I did.

I also tried to be as active as I could by working, and riding a bicycle.

Eating Chinese types of cuisine also seemed to help. Veggies, chicken, rice, etc.

It wasn't easy, and the meals didn't seem to be the most filliing, but it worked!

Well I have been on a diet for two months.Everyday I eat two scrambled eggs and one glass of 2% milk.Then nothing else but water.I have lost 40 pounds.oh and I also work out 4 days a week.Sometimes an hour sometimes 2

This is a really unhealthy diet,your losing weight because your starving yourself,as soon as you begin eating someway properly your body is going to store it as fat,because it believes right now there is a famine on!

Eat more.. please.

Could I ask what age you are please,and if your male or female... calicum is very important for both genders but maybe a little more so for females...

Depending on your age, your going through growth phases and brain development,plus your body is still maturing if your under 25 years of age.

It is vital to your health,to eat the best diet you can,and you can lose weight safely,with the proper diet.
