I need a good skin lightener I would rather have pills but I will accept creams I need one that actually works please.

Pills do not help to lighten skin, glutathione pills are innefective to lighten skin. Possibly MSM powder/liquid can help brighten and even the skin tone, used along with vitamin C. So far, effective skin lighteners applied topically will help lighten the skin.
