I have a residential rental property. The tenant owes two months rent, but has left the house. He has not lived there at least since Christmas. He has gone back to get his mail. He has left his property (tv, bed, etc.) in the house. He will not pay and his cell phone has been disconnected. Even his family does not seem interested in telling us where he is. Right now, I do not really care about the overdue rent, I just want his belongings out of the house without ramifications. What can I do?
